Power Breakfast Meals
- Old-fashioned oatmeal or steel cut oats, top with dried cranberries, raisins, walnuts for a healthy immune system
- Fruit smoothie: frozen chunks of banana, soy milk, frozen blueberries or strawberries; blend in food processor or blender; just before serving top with nuts or granola

Lunch Fixes
- Dannon yogurt, topped with granola or cut up CLIF bar
- Peanut butter sandwich, sliced banana and raisins
- Any fast food side salad topped with 7-oz foil packed tuna (lemon pepper or hickory smoked flavor), whole grain crackers or bread for a side carbohydrate
- Grilled chicken sandwich (any restaurant); chocolate milk or skim milk; fruit; sports bar for dessert
